Jonah's Fish

Aside from the random bits of scale detail (which seem a bit out of place to me), this is one slick amalgam of ichthyoid & cetacean traits. Those elegant fins, cleverly-structured gill slits & almost spot-on whale noggin combine for a rather memorable Biblical-critter interpretation.

If you don't mind, I'd like to recommend the following: (1) enlarging those pectoral (forward) fins a bit and (2) adding some further spotting & blotches of that turquoise shade to the upper body.
